Some quotes on Jobbsprånget from participating employers:
Martin Lundstedt, CEO of Volvo Group: We have received around 80 interns through Jobbsprånget since 2017. Jobbsprånget is an important initiative that makes the most of the fantastic competence that can be found here in Sweden.
Clara Bodin, Global Lead Diversity & Inclusion Lead at Telia Company: Jobbsprånget has a simple administrative process for participating employers. We receive support, help and introduction when we start. To participate in Jobbsprånget, to be a supervisor for the interns, to contribute to a more inclusive Sweden, it would make anyone feel proud!
Katarina Hedbeck, CEO Tada Medical AB (MedTech Start-up): To be able to have co-workers with other point of views have made us as a better company and it’s going to make our products better in the long run.
