Mentorship - A way to make a difference
Thank you for engaging as a mentor in Jobbsprånget! As a mentor, you are an important part of someone’s professional journey. We offer free mentor training, as well as support and materials to make your mentorship as rewarding as possible.
Programme guides and support materials
Our programme guides are intended to facilitate your role as a mentor and contribute to a rewarding internship for you and your intern. We recommend you to go through the guide together with your intern.
After the internship it is appreciated to give the intern a diploma and a work certificate or a letter of reference outlining what the intern has done during the internship. Templates for internship diplomas are available here.
Mentor training
Jobbsprånget provides mentor training to prepare you for a rewarding mentorship. During the online mentor training you get a chance to meet other mentors, ask questions and get valuable advise. Register below.
