Agenda 2030 and Jobbsprånget
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015, provides a shared blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future. At its heart are the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which are an urgent call for action by all countries – developed and developing – in a global partnership.
Jobbsprånget contributes to following goals in the 2030 Agenda:
We help newly arrived academics to enter the labor market, giving them the opportunity to contribute with their skills and developed their talent.
We help companies improve their gender equality by offering internships to newly arrived female academics. 51% of the interns in 2019 were women.
Decent work and economic growth
We contribute to increased diversity, which in turn increases the opportunities for innovation and growth.
We work for an equal society. We give people a chance to contribute in the labor market, which is a key to inclusion in society.
