On May 15th, employers in the program come together for an afternoon of talks and insights. The winners of the Employer Stars and Heroes Awards will be announced and celebrated for opening doors to the job market for foreign-born professionals.

This award goes to the employer who has increased the number of offered internship positions the most during the year.
Mentor of the Year Award
By supporting, guiding, and contributing to the interns professional development, this mentor has not only fostered professional growth but also contributed to a more inclusive and welcoming job market. This award celebrates an individual who has shown exceptional dedication as a mentor.
Jobbsprånget Honorary Award
This award goes to a true role model – an employer who goes the extra mile, who helps people grow, and makes a difference for both individuals and society through their commitment and actions.
