The initiative offers a four-month internship with an industrial company in need of your skills and competence. This is a unique chance in getting a job in line with your educational background and experience.
During the internship you will get relevant work experience and an opportunity to build a professional network within your field. You will have a supporting mentor and get a chance to show your potential.

The program is developed for unemployed individuals born outside Europe who have a high school diploma. If you are looking to kick-start your career in Sweden, welcome to apply!
Application Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Born outside of Europe
- Possess a valid work permit (student visas are not eligible)
- Proficiency in Swedish and/or English
- Registered with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen)
