A four-months internship

Jobbsprånget is introducing a new program, for you with a high-school degree looking for a job in the industry sector. The initiative offers a four-month internship with an industrial company in need of your skills and competence. This is a unique chance in getting a job in line with your educational background and experience.

During the internship you will get relevant work experience and an opportunity to build a professional network within your field. You will have a supporting mentor and get a chance to show your potential.

Who can apply for an internship?

The program is developed for unemployed individuals born outside Europe who have a high school diploma. If you are looking to kick-start your career in Sweden, welcome to apply!

How do you apply?

Applications are made directy on Jobbsprånget’s portal. When the application period opens the internship positions will be presented in the portal and you can apply to those who fit your educational background and experience. Please note that creating a profile requires a valid BankID or Freja eID.

The recruitment process is handled by each employer and usually starts when the application period is closed (January 16).

First program starts spring 2024

The first internship programme for high-school candidates starts inspring 2024, with a limited number of internships and employers, and a close collaboration with IF Metall and Teknikföretagen.

The initiator of the programs is Jobbsprånget, a non-profit organization running Sweden’s largest internship program.
