For the first time, we organise Jobbsprånget Summit, an opportunity for talks and knowledge sharing for our participating employers. Awards will also be presented to employers who have distinguished themselves in their commitment to the program.
Over the past years, Jobbsprånget has grown to become Sweden’s largest internship program, with over 700 participating employers and 4000 candidates. We are grateful to the employers who have opened their doors to academics with foreign-born backgrounds and have seen the positive effects of the initiative for increased sustainability and a more inclusive job market.
We are pleased to now introduce a platform for employers who have committed to the program. This spring, for the first time, Jobbsprånget Summit is being organised, providing an opportunity for us to recognise and thank employers for their efforts.
Jobbsprånget Summit offers both knowledge and opportunities for exchange of experiences from multiple employers about their work with social sustainability and participation in Jobbsprånget. During the event, we will also recognise and reward employers who have particularly distinguished themselves over the past year.
Panel Discussion: Competence Supply, Social Sustainability and Value-Generating Business Benefit – How can internship programs contribute to both societal and business value? In conversation with Jobbsprånget, our panel featuring guests from Volvo Group, Telia, InVitro Vista, and Ikea will provide insights into their work on social sustainability and their experiences in succeeding with the program.
